It's a 2 car garage with a workspace. 

I broke down some old pallets that were laying around and was able to use and old countertop I had salvaged from a lab work space that was being demoed.

If commercial tenancy dips you will have a bit more flexibility to modify how you use the building - like full service leases or collaborative work spaces, etc...

Here is the basic framework: Podio is built of of workspaces and apps.Workspaces are general categories (like file folders), apps provide functionality to those categories.A good example of this would be: Lead Generation, Property Management, Sales, etc.Within each of those workspaces, your mind starts really starts to tick about what you can do in those categories; thats where apps come in. 

Technology friendly, not really floor plan related but ideally you want to create a technology friendly house where WiFi, ethernet and desk/workspace areas are considered during the build.  

At the end of the day, you're inability to provide a safe workspace, which is up to date with rent payments, is preventing said tenant from conducting business...

But the Podio workspace I have let's me manage everything from Lead in-take through closing all right from my phone. 

Four or more bedrooms, nearly as many full baths, multiple en suites, and amenities such as a pool, and TVs in the rooms, a work space and good chair, etc. tend to attract the widest variety and volume of STR clientele.

I have never commented in one of these forums but it's 3:30 am and Ive been up all night searching for a live/work space I can purchase for a reasonable price.The lofts I am finding are 300K and the mixed/use buildings in the range I can afford are in such horrible locations I cant have my clients come there.
