I'm a Ny'er and own a wholesaling business in the Milwaukee Market. 

Now, you can get some wholesalers but they usually don't know if the property will fit the requirements and regulations but you can learn that from the Realtor. 

When I call the company what questions should I ask in order to know what I have to know if whether I would want to buy or wholesale (I've done neither ever) but just to get kind of a script or advice on what to say.

I frequently hear that someone purchased a new property because their real estate agent told them they could get X amount for rent, when in fact, the market comps don't support that amount.

I do the same tropes of things in the Tampa Florida market.  

Does the California government believe that wholesaler activity around the fires would only produce a net-negative?

I work in wholesale in Indianapolis and still struggled to find deals that would even be close.

People in 2005 were angry the market was so competitive.

I need a consistent partner who wholesales virtually in the Central Indiana market....Every deal ive ever closed was with someone that didnt live in my market......I am boots on the ground on steroids lol
