There are a lot of jurisdictions (most of the West Coast now) that include marital status, sexual orientation, and others under their fair housing regulations.

Hey Kyle, take a look at Redfin's market data for Phoenix and you can see the strong migration to Phoenix from affluent parts of the country like the Pacific North West.

I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.
