You could also theoretically put in heavier solvent-welded PVC or ABS drainage.

We work with metal sometimes, and unless you’re wanting to have someone weld the rust holes they will probably need to be replaced.

I have never worked for money, being an artist person and all, I always wanted to learn and look "badass" while learning, so I worked for realestate brokers, artists, architects, design and build I just wanted to learn more. " learning" was always my goal and "moving my body"( drawing, painting, working out, running around, wood working, welding, X-sports, basketball )was something I love doing until I married my husband.

However, you can crane lift or roll a well built MOD onto a poured in place stem wall and footing and anchor it with stitch welded steel plates that hold as well or better than traditional anchor bolts.To take it a step further as a Silvercrest Dealer for over 20 years we did many two story HUD MH's that had to be installed the same way.
