I'm reading books and listening to podcasts and such but having someone I can shadow is a more valuable educational experience.

Local Facebook groups can be a valuable resource when looking for a handyman.

Time is a valuable resource and "spending" it everywhere at once isn't worth the effort.

I think the ease of use on the other OTA´s has skewed how people view Booking, but it is a really valuable revenue source IMO if you are willing to put in a little more work and deal with the occasional headache.

I’ve seen many buyers successfully execute this strategy over the years, turning such properties into valuable investments.

The closer to get to i94 the more valuable it’ll be, but it won’t go crazy like Logan or Avondale.  

I find my time is more valuable than doing taxes for a few days.
