The government has released minimal information/data and we have very little data or precedent for how this will unfold.

Suddenly feel a great weight about giving any input on your current situation so now I'm following the unfolding storyline intently! 

We are entering the crisis. Top of the residential real estate market may stretch into the fall fueled by low rates. Corona virus impact coupled with oil price collapse will stress economy resulting in local / global ...

But it's going to be super interesting to see as this unfolds.

Ask him how the process will unfold once you sign his terms sheet (he shouldn't need your ID until that point), who his title company and attorney are and what his stip package include. 

With all of that has gone on in the last 3 weeks, I am curious to know who is still pushing forward and continuing to look for deals and will still buy and how many of those that are going to sit back and wait for things to unfold. 

I'm incredibly grateful for all their insight and experience over the years, and am curious (and in need of guidance) about WTF to do with the insanity unfolding around us. 

That and i want to see how things unfold in the coming months. this virus may very likely change the landscape.

Another good lesson is unfolding right in front of our eyes also. 

The truth is all of us could find ourselves in the same situation, depending on how this unfolds.
