In my experience in the Poconos, 3-bedroom properties typically attract smaller groups—like couples with a kid or two, or two couples with maybe one child each.

There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits). 

He just remarried and got another house using new wife's VA loan, has child support to pay for another 10 years, and has been active duty since 2004.
