I have the itch to jump on the first deal that comes by but am undecided because i have let a few pass me in the past few weeks. 

I'm undecided if I would rent it or not.

I'm just undecided if I should continue waiting for the market to go down, or start seriously hunting for deals that I could buy in the near future.I'm also looking into learning the ropes of becoming a real estate investor. 

My short term goals are still undecided I love the community that this website has started and can't wait to become a part of it. 

Hi @Ali Boone, For now i'm undecided as there seems to be so many places (Other than Southern California) where the RE market is stable and affordable.
