If you know what an "average" deal looks like then pull the trigger on one that looks above average.

And an Agent/GC will only run around so much without you pulling the trigger.

I do not think we will even see a 5 within the next 12 months and if we do, then that is because of some pretty harsh economic data and that $500k home is now back to $400k.
