Nashville and Gatlinburg are both extremely hot tourist markets.

2) Airbnb - similar to the above strategy, Airbnb is a fantastic one as well since Denver gets a lot of tourists.

Yes, it has gotten more expensive, especially in the tourist areas like Old San Juan/Condado/Rincon. 

It is a great market, yes it is expensive but I feel tourists are paying big city dollars to be here in the summer, ADR on return is very attractive. 

I'll be out on Peachtree Street handing out flyers to unsuspecting tourists!

There is a tourist core area/non-residential neighborhood that allows for short-term rentals, but in general, short-term rentals are banned within the city limits.EL DORADO COUNTY, CALIFORNIAOutside of South Lake Tahoe city limits, including Rubicon Bay, Meeks Bay & some of Tahoma. 

They're on Camelback Rd just west of Fashion Square Mall, so a great location for tourists going to Old Town Scottsdale. 

I am not sure where these suburbs are in relation to downtown and/or tourist attractions.
