While automation and advanced technologies help with this goal, another strategy that is often overlooked is cost segregation.

Both of these have changed with interest rates higher than in the last 3 years and technology making it relatively easy to track deed transfers.

As the technology continues to progress and they continue to get things more dialed in, I do think it could help quickly build reasonable homes to address the housing shortage.
