The more you succeed the more there will be people who will hate your guts for it and will wish to harm you to deprive you of the fruits of your work).

As a listing agent, I explain to seller that an inspection can be more protection for them, anyway, because 1) buyer waives right to repair anything discovered in the inspection if not negotiated during inspection period, so fewer surprises at final Walk Through, and 2) buyer less likely to succeed in blaming seller later for something even their own professional didn’t find (unless seller was really hiding it).

Hey @Larry Caper, you've clearly done an incredible job on building really strong fundamentals in the MF space, so I can see you have the fortitude needed to succeed in REI. 

My former Mentor/Coach told me only about 4% of all students ever do anything, and only about 2-3% do it well.After I heard this I wondered how could the educators really know who will succeed and who will not?  

Those genuinely succeeding in this niche have little to no time to run elaborate courses.

Let them know what you are trying to do and they'll tell you what order to do it in or if it's likely to succeed or not.

Who do you know that loves and trusts you and wants to see you succeed? 

Very few succeed with this model and those who do are the contractor types who are driving around in their work truck putting out fires all day.

They'll have the contractors, handymen, stagers to help you succeed.
