@Eric CanningBackground: My wife and I are Airbnb superhosts with a few properties in the Poconos.We’ve had our share of troubling guests: - People who blast music at 2 AM and wake up the neighbors (our units are in an HOA so security is dispatched immediately)- People who don’t know how to operate a grill and nearly burn down a portion of deck railing- Late checkouts - Bacon grease on the walls, or crayons, or both- Clear evidence of weed and cigarettes being smoked inside the property (we have a strict, no-smoking rule)- Planters thrown from the deck two stories down, and lamps broken (same guest for both) - Holes in walls that obviously look like they came from a boot (drunken)I’m telling you this because we have opted not to review any of these guests negatively; rather, we don’t review them at all.

The kitchen isn’t super stylish, but it could rent this way for sure.

@Rudy Planter We came up with that date just to set an internal deadline/goal for ourselves and a realistic timeline for us to interview property managers, network with local businesses and research the area.

Your finishes look stylish and modern. 

Since then they have taken down a ton of my landscaping, built rock walls and planters on my property. 

Also, if that ramp has a full slab under it (which it shouldn't but I can't tell from the photos) you may be able to get creative and use that as a patio or planter for larger foliage.

Or working on sensible but stylish and affordable starter homes for first-time buyers like we were 4 years ago would be gratifying.Looking forward to connecting with the BiggerPockets community!

I think you are better off with adding a planter  and landscape in front of the house. 

Ditch the ugly old ones and look for stylish new oversized mirrors to create the feel of dramatically larger spaces and more light.
