As an Army Veteran, naturally I started there and quickly discovered some of the perks.1) Guaranteed rent through BAH - (Basic Allowance for Housing)2) Ability to hold tenants accountable for damages - I'd request information regarding their assigned unit and contact chain of command if issues arise. 90% of the time CoC were willing to get involved.3) Additionally, Soldiers have mandatory housing inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality.

That's extreme.Tom, as you are a retired soldier, I'd like to thank you for being one of those people willing to face the fire and put your life on the line in defense of this political system.

@Wayne Brooks  Gothca   I thought you were maybe pondering this and needed some clarification so I thought I would be a good BP soldier and take a stab at what I thought the OP was talking about. 

This does bring to the forefront how important it is that we support our soldiers who go into these horrible situations and face these horrible decisions while we enjoy the freedom to talk about it from the comfort of our homes.

We have a National Cemetary here, the only one in the country where Union and Confederate soldiers are burried side by side with those of all wars since being laid to rest there.

He got to play the part of a "high value target" in a building and it was his job to hide and not get caught by the soldiers being trained to find him.

She had them stand by the front door lined up like little soldiers and wait for her to tour the place and fill out an application.

I have been a Active duty Soldier for 17 years and I am coming up on retirement quickly.

There just may be a handy young soldier down there on base that wants a side project - that you could get into a deal with where she or he makes a percent of the sales after fixing up?
