Hey @Camille Romero - fellow NY'r here that started investing a few years ago, I was in your same shoes when I first started after working in tech/software and having a nice nest egg built up. 

But it’s not everything - this software is optimizing for the host’s success and not balancing that enough with the guest experience.

If I were you and you need to meet the requirement of working under a Broker, just make sure your agreement with the broker allows you to take all your properties with you once you leave, obtain your brokers license and start your own brokerageI would also start looking at software systems and joining the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

I'm using a software that runs on A.I. helps me capture organic leads, automation, my socials, A.i. follow up and has it's own crm.

We were surprised that Kiavi never thought to call the vendor of their software, or a database technician, to fix this.We provided the requested copy of our LLC articles of organization.

Never used software.

Don't give up the pursuit.Fail fast works better in software than in real estate: reset the server, push a patch, etc. 

On the other hand, I also did have that in writing and made that aware to all of my clients, As well as the service providing softwares Stating the same policy.

My best advice is to use it only if you have property management software that supports the platform.
