What we want to do is house hack, but we don't want to lose money on this condo, even though we don't want to live in it anymore (neighbors, the neighborhood - very industrial near Boeing, and they took away our ability to have a grill, but I suppose that's neither here nor there).

There is a washer and dryer.Things like the Smart TV, wifi, outdoor grill, firepit, horse shoe pit, nude female artwork in the bedrooms, etc. are just bonus things above and beyond staying in a motel room.

When Homeaway began to restrict the ability for owners to see the guest's email address or telephone number I was worried that because I could not talk to the guest when they initially inquired (as was my procedure) I would end up having to cancel bookings because the guest might not meet my requirements (age, number in party, non-smoker, no parties, etc.)
