I keep the cylinders and associated keys (in the same type of envelopes that Landlord Locks delivered them) in the 4x4 slots. 

The coins (or credit cards these days) your tenants drop into the slots should more than compensate for their costs.

PG county tends to attract people that are local as opposed to the out of town crowd.

There's a little slot with a silver piece in there.  

I need help/answersI don't have much money, but I may (for investment(s) ) be able to get private money and borrow from people I know...I want to put together the property(s)/lot(s) under some sort of minimal liability LLC or Trust, because even though I don't have much to lose...

Good points by everyone, I would like to add that deals are still available in certain areas of Washington DC and surrounding PG County.

That said, solid houses in solid neighborhoods will usually go up in value, so it's not quite the same as pulling a slot lever. 

We have "RENT" slot on the front of our building if tenants want to drop off a check
