I think anyone who’s trying to sell homes like this for the amounts they are asking lack basic skills in the real estate world.

I am not the most technical person but in this day and age, not being technical is even more reason to welcome opportunities to use platforms that help develop that skill. 

I had been scouted more times than I can recount to come to CA to apply my skills because the standards I came up in exceed that of CA and most places. 

Many of them might be skilled folks but they are not always the best estimator and business person.
