Sounds like an interesting path to start down, as I perceive Brevard to have nicely stabilized the local economy from the loss of the Shuttle program and the last real estate bust.  

They have a shuttle that takes you between all of these. 

HOAs for SFRs will rarely provide those expenses, but they could provide a lot of intrinsic value, such as a shuttle to the beach, a gated community, a fantastic pool, etc.  

She did uber to work every day even though I gave her info on the local shuttle.

On the other hand, in the Peninsula places like CalTrain are your BART-level substitute.And it's not to say that bus routes don't inflate property values--in places that have free downtown shuttles, I've seen a little bump in nearby home values.

Last year they voted against a proposition by the NP service that would have had Zion shuttles run all the way into downtown Kanab, so instead of only the current south entrance visitors center shuttle stop, you also would have been able to catch a Zion shuttle direct from Kanab. 

My hotel of employment will allow me to use our shuttle van if the fa is within a 3 mile radius!
