I've heard this same story about other funds over there at ODC but nothing lately.  

Sounds like an interesting project but I am sure there is more to the story.

It's my opinion that these guys feed on people that need direction, feed them a ton of feel good stories, and all of a sudden, you'll be successful, just like them.

New zoning in columbus went from 2 stories to 6 stories. pitched a few investors who do hotel development and they are looking at it.

Their stories fueled my fire.
