Thanks mate, I was able to force my achievements in a very hard-working,  unsophisticated and through a lot of sacrifice away…To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend others choose the same path.I think there are a lot of competent, more successful, and much more experienced folks posting on this thread than myself.They have achieved better success in a more elegant and less backbreaking way than I have 🙏👍With that said, my points are always stressed around “You can’t get something for nothing” and the folks that want to use leverage think it’s quicker and easier.That’s the “something for nothing” approach in my opinion

Although forthcoming and we appreciate the honesty, it does not build confidence in the process.

@Elijah SkinnerEveryone's market is the best market....especially if you're a realtor in that market....I'll be honest I lived in a few spots and where I live now Franklin TN is truly the best place on earth if you ask me. 

I gotta be honest - I don't think this makes money - high cost of materials, high rates relative to the last 15 years, probably not looking at much appreciation (I wouldn't expect the last 15 years to be the norm), lots of competition (there are a few brand new high rise condos going up), gulf shores is just down the road as well.
