For Angelo, are you guys scouring the MLS or are you using direct mail, driving for dollors, etc?

I am starting my first full time job in May and have been scouring the market in South Dakota for a residential multifamily deal to house hack in.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I have scoured old forum posts looking for recent updates on how investors are making moves in 2018 in this hot hot market!

I’ve also been reading/listening to BP and reading through some of the threads on here.With all that learning and scouring of listings, I’m feeling kind of lost in the Utah market.

If they are all passing on your deal and the hundreds of investors that scour the MLS (and feeds) have no interest in the properties, I’ll guess it’s a price issue.
