You are most likely going to spend more on transactional costs than the savings + are at risk of due on sale clause being triggered (ultimately will be up to the lenders discretion).

Works for many agents but those are all miserable (in my opinion) and I don't do any of them.With you avg prices around $360k (and maybe 2.5% or so your side), you really only need to do about six transactions to hit your target.

Unless y'all have an incredible W2 to help with the purchase, you will not find something that "works" in the Triangle and in a good/safe location.
