There was a romantic or savy flair to it...at least to me, LOL.After making a serious decision & dedicating myself to education, time, effort...it was a 12 month process.It would have taken less time but this was secondary to dealing with short sales & REO properties in another state.It varied pending the lending institution.

A tryst is "a romantic rendezvous between lovers".  

It seems to me the truth in this situation is romantically delivered.  

However, the ones that are intelligent and capable should not skip college because they have romantic illusions of becoming an entrepenur or real estate mogul either.

You, do not think they are romantic.  

Maybe a romantic canal boat ride will do (kidding).

There is nothing more romantic than wanting to take care of your partner and self when you are both in love. 2) If it’s than important to you and you want to hustle...maybe you need someone else.I always said I wanted an engagement ring with an address and Cashflow.

But it’s not landlords responsibility to arbitrate romantic terminations.
