If they respond to the 5 Day Summons, they must fill out considerable paperwork and bring everything they owe to put into the court registry until the court date.

Some states and/or counties have exemptions to this transfer tax; check with your local registry of deeds to see if conveyance of IRA-owned property to you personally would trigger a transfer tax, and check to see if this transaction qualifies for an an exemption.It's important to note that you or any disqualified parties cannot make any use of the property until it is distributed 100% out of the IRA.

I want to expand and was hoping to see if these reports existed in some national database (I know local economic reports exist with local economic companies but I was hoping for a national registry for individual markets.

In the meantime, please hold off on going to the registry as this may not close today.

I discovered some interesting information on the registry of deeds website.

Is there any language that should be added to the contract or should I be recording a specific document at the Registry of Deeds / Recorders office?

Also, there should be some national or state level registry that has verified the animal as such.
