I have burnt myself pretty bad (sorry for the terrible pun here) twice for this mentality.

Some states will continue to remain closed but people are starting to get sick of it...no pun intended.

Think what you like Jason but renters are often renting not because they don't make good money they just spend it on the wrong things and they never break the cycle (no pun intended).
