A clean, neutral-looking curb gives prospective homebuyers a chance to visualize their own additions/upgrades.

This cuts out a big portion of the potential buyer pool.

So I arranged the large local home buyers to meet at the property. 

Crestwood North and Crestwood South: These neighborhoods are gaining popularity among buyers priced out of nearby areas like Forest Park and Avondale.

If they are putting the property in major outlets including WSJ, NYT and sharing the property all over then sometimes its better to pay an extra point, but the 6% is for both buyer and seller.
