It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

Plus some really nice savings rates.

Located about 1/2 mile from the base of Sabino Canyon recreation area and Coronado National Forest, beautiful mountain views, cut-de-sac, very nice neighborhood.  

You've got a garage, which is nice. 1200 is still on the higher end.

If you want to buy in capital hill and this is a way to afford something you otherwise can’t go for it, thing getting a nice car and ubering part time to pay for it.

A little break from handling tenants and taking them out on a nice hike or a pickleball match is always a good idea!

Meaning if you invest around 200,000 for a nice sized 1bed 1.5 adu Im sure you can rent close to $2000/m.
