I own a piece of land on which someone else has their mobile home. 

I don't know how to say this without being too blunt but 'acquiring mobile home parks is hard; running them is easy'. 

I expect rents to go up a lot because less and less Americans can afford a house over time plus folks are far more mobile now so they may be inclined to rent vs buy.

Nick, I just renewed a policy on a property in Mobile, AL with premium at $3,016.

The only downsides I’ll gripe about is the time it takesto get used to the move in process of adding a tenant (if you already have people) and that I don’t find it mobile phone friendly for doing a lot of work however short quick hit issues are great on the phone.  

So you're not really comparing apples to apples here.Also, most likely the syndication/crowdfunding deal you are comparing to is a completely different real-estate asset class than single family (i.e. probably multi-family,office, self storage,mobile home parks or something else).

This alone can dramatically reduce the page’s conversion rate.To make matters worse, the same issue persists on mobile devices.Conclusion: Don’t make it difficult for your visitors to leave their contact information.

I wish the map options were available on the mobile app as well though.
