If you are comfortable renting it, then I would avoid the extension and start the refinance process before your maturity date.

@Isaac S. so you know what the options are once a DST matures?

Based of my market knowledge, the strongest rental areas are the suburbs (strong neighborhoods in bucks, chester, delco, montco (main line), northeast phila, parts of mount airy, chestnut hill.

GinoHey Gino--follow-up question --just starting to look at multifamily ...are the problems I see referred to (pretty much everywhere) that the property valuations have fallen for multi or that a large number of loans are maturing?

Now these 5 year, 7 year, and 10 year terms will mature leaving lots of owners unable to refi or break even. 

It's nowhere near mature, it's just 13 years old.

Of course you get the basics but if you want to full version of the tool it $50.00 bucks per mo. extra and you need to buy credits for things like skip tracing.To be honest I've learned so much more right here through Bigger Pockets, and I believe  you can find a mentor on here or someone that would be willing to help you out right here.
