The Charlotte rental market is experiencing significant shifts, and it’s raising some important questions for both investors and property owners.

In the same amount of work I could find an undervalued deal in my market through existing channels.

Then I'd probably spread that $750k out amongst numerous operators and diversify across asset classes that I like (for me it would be industrial, multifamily, storage, and mobile home parks).

I pull pretty solid lists, I find a lot of my deals off market, just thought I could reach more if I have a few full time callers on the phones.While i'm at it, how are you guys finding good deals in today's world?
