While I love doing it, I equally loathe when someone messages about some issue that occurs during their stay.

Hi All,I would like assistance on where to focus my attention for starting out.Right now I have about 10k total in my checking and savings accounts, and have over 60k in credit lines (through credit cards).My goal is to flip full time and quit my 9-5 job which I loathe.

Most tenants on the section 8 program won their voucher in a lottery and are loathe to lose that voucher.

Folks willing to show their warts/go outside without makeup would probably (1) separate some wheat from some chaff, since shameless self-promoters are loathe to air their dirty laundry; (2) show newbies that it's okay to fail, and that everyone isn't GREAT SUCCESS all the time; and (3) actually provide value by pointing out potential landmines for others to avoid.Then again, it would probably only be a matter of time before the self-promoters hijacked it and started threads saying things like "My greatest failure...IS THAT I DIDN'T GO BIG ENOUGH EARLY ENOUGH USING MY PATENTED SYSTEM! 

I though this was a SFH, but I'm familiar with (and loathe) Houston HOAs.

Some might take it on if they have no business but will loathe doing it as a necessary evil.

I am one that LOATHES certifications and accreditations in the real estate space -- as you are well aware the vast majority of acronyms in residential are simply inconvenient yearly fees you pay for a three letter blurb after your name and a logo; truly NOT something residential buyers and sellers in most markets know/care about and not something that sharpens your craft.Not so in management.
