@Luis Canales I hear ya man it’s tough to juggle both work and your future.

I'm juggling the completion of a few project out of town right now that is sucking all of my energy/time, but interested in building a network here with help.

However, it can be tough to juggle all of that when you have your own listings and other things going on as an agent.

Also, in all honesty I don’t know if it would be too much stress on me to juggle all this at once with me being infantry being gone more than I’m home and about to deploy to Europe next year.

Juggling family, other businesses etc can make it difficult to excel as an agent if you're not available to jump when a good client calls on you. 

I just want to be free and clear so when we move to the next property we can concentrate on the cashflow business side vs the juggling of the credit card payments.
