Insulate you from liability?

The benefit of them is that in most cases you insulate other properties outside the LLC if you have a loss. 

I'm not sure how much of that is insulated to that market because of the fires (the prices didn't drop at all right after the fires).

At $40 per square foot they were not climate controlled and were pretty basic (gravel drives, no CC, no insulation). 

Well the FSM must just do a walk through, did not crawl underneath the house to check under the insulation for plumbing pipes etc. and now we are waiting since Nov. 10th for the FSM to go back out and assess the damage for a possible credit. 

Need to insulate the pad, walls, roof, doors. 

You can deaden the sound with rugs, and even cut out the sheetrock between floors and install some insulation. 

If the wiring is nonmetallic cable (romex - plastic looking outside layer of insulation) and has a ground wire (3rd wire, bare copper) it might be fine to keep.

That includes pipes, wiring, insulation.
