Why is Denver immune to what every major city has displayed?

I guess that's what infected me with the real estate bug because I have been obsessed ever since. 

Even banks and credit unions are not immune.

There's lots of efforts by many to avoid an agent - - IMO, they earn their keep.Search results, you can BUY them from investor-friendly brokers and remain totally immune from the liability.

Assets can include automobiles, artwork, collectables, etc, in addition to traditional sources like real estate or financial assets.Let me give you an example. 

The Financial reits are immune to the crashing commodity prices we are seeing today, mortgages are secured and much healthier today due to rising property values than they were during our last mortgage melt down 8 years ago.

Corrosive to HVAC plumbing and electrical very hard on the Lungs especially for a compromise immunity system, to identify the Chinese drywall go up in the attic and look at the backside of the drywall in the ceiling you will see Chinese printing in red.

But that isn't to say that their flu shots make them completely immune.

It will be interesting to see where this all flushs out.. but the last melt down NO asset class was immune from disaster.. just look at all the apartments that were bought 5 years ago.. at very good prices.. those from many that could not make them work with vacancies etc.

Anyways, aside from finding it mildly amusing (since I don't invest out of state and am therefore immune), it's my first time reading about it!
