Hello Michael, apologies for not getting back sooner. iI actually used rocket mortgage because i had a company discount through work.

In my opinion, that shouldn't even be an issue.I apologize for not getting back with you earlier. 

Explain that you have company policies which you follow and never deviate from, no exceptions, no apologies.

When he does respond, it is usually to apologize for the missed disbursement or to promise action, but he rarely follows through, forcing me to consistently follow up.In the past year, I have received my owner disbursement payment on time only once.

I apologize if this offends anyone.

Earlier in my life I only did 2-4 unit buildings, they always had rates fixed for 30 years, never had to think about impending rate resets.     

I apologize, but with so many negative reviews, it's difficult to decide which one to choose.
