3- How does title insurance make my investment immune to any liens that are not recorded?

Personally securities whether it be REIT , BONDS , STOCKS, etc are really overvalued due to too many dollars chasing the same investments and real estate is not immune to this but has some nuances that make it some what better for me personally (and so many others here). 

The animals need to be current on their vaccinations and they also need to get blood work done to prove that they have built up immunity to rabies.

You know maybe it hasn't been long enough for me to be immune, but I just can't help but be shocked how people will live.

So long as you could justify it and show how said foreclosure really had no equity I think you'd be relatively immune from a lawsuit, which I think is how most banks as stated are getting away with foreclosing and keeping whatever equity they get. 

As an added bonus, Google Voice and my Hangouts integration are free.I said all that to say this, I got into Google Voice early and never bought in to any of the changes (except integrating into Hangouts) so I am immune (for now) to the changes and restrictions imposed on new comers.

I think that is partly due to vaccines, but also due to herd immunity in my city from our outbreak last December. 

You hold the erroneous belief that the US is somehow immune from market forces.

What do you think the insurers place the money for the cash value in to immunize the risk associated with the liability?

Some have major immune system issues, cancer, etc.
