Hate to be cynical … Check back in a year after the honeymoon wears off .

In my situation, this was all happening less than a month before our wedding/honeymoon and the cash-out numbers were still great despite the low appraisal, so we played it safe and went with the initial one.

Flips I have found to be easier because, in most cases, if well planned and executed you are in and out while still in the honeymoon phase.    

The next year, I spent my honeymoon with my newlywed husband at a foreclosure seminar and a few months later, we attended a 5-day real estate bootcamp run by a guru, with all the high-pressure tactics you'd expect.

The entitlement is killing me.....A recent young lady on her honeymoon said - 'You have ants in your house'.

I will wait a few years for their honeymoon to wear off. 

Interactions vary by guest but I would say I chat at least 2x with each guest but I had one honeymoon couple that I didn't talk to once.
