I just light a candle, open windows and it's gone in a few hours.....It's not like the odor of cigarettes.

The tenant may start using candles.

I'll put several apple&cinnamon candles or better yet there are air fresheners that you twist and leave on different spots of the property.

We've eaten at the hot bar and it has the usual WF stuff, flowers, sushi, bread, pretty veggies, kumbucha and at least one pierced tattooed hippie dreadlocked staff member. 

Findlay VW in Henderson has a couple VW Routan vans wrapped in a hippy rainbow theme, I think those are my favorite. 

The seller covered it up by spraying air freshener and burning candles.

No smoking, candles or Scentsy warmers. 

A couple friend of mine from Montreal have kinda turned into real hippies and they spend half of the year in Zipolite, not far from Puerto Escondido, where it's impossible to buy with a clear title.

On the flip side, for such a small home in a price point below $100k, it is likely not necessary, particularly in a sellers market.Options: Do some light staging - bring nice towels from home to place in bathroom, bring light staging items like cooking books, candles, fruit baskets for kitchen, and some artwork to hang on some main walls.
