Healthier vending choices (higher profit on these)

Do you believe you will be more free, safer, healthier and in better state  cause you allowed exchange of money for permission from this thug to occur?

This keeps those high paying salaries in the south bay ecosystem which keeps property values high, property taxes for good schools, and income for local shops.

But more than the money they make, I got a sense of how big a role it is to fix up bad homes and how it can directly impact not only the financial value of the whole neighborhood, but also promote value of local communities and healthier, safer living.

Ideally, you figure out how to manage the house well and can screen tenants not only for the ability to pay, but the ability to fit into the eco-system of the community you've built.I'm looking to expand this strategy further as I think the returns are insanely high and worth the management. 

They are more efficient than traditional system and provide healthier air for breathing (dust is pushed around everywhere).

My contractor thinks copper is healthier but I know it is more expensive and harder to install.  

Congrats on getting yourself repositioned in a healthier market!

The economy is a lot healthier so that is a possibility.
