tenant is making false claima of rodents, in an,attempt to lay the groundwork for withholding rent or to prolong the eviction process. what can i do to prevent this plan. the repairman says nothing is wrong

Ground work is finding the right PM, well in advance.

I'm just trying to lay the groundwork for what (we hope) follows.  

I have spent the past year listening to audio books and podcasts about real estate investing to acquire a groundwork of financial and real estate literacy to build off.

I'd find and talk to a qualified intermediary as soon as possible to lay the groundwork for a 1031 before you sell.

It will help you get a handle on all of the basics and help you lay the ground work for your first flips.

If the tenant actually paid today and you just haven't been notified by your electronic payment system you may be laying the groundwork for a troubled tenancy if you accuse them of being late right off the bat.

But it's good to lay the groundwork for that now.

When I talk to them I continue to see the same patern and that is that they are not as motivated or too busy to do some of the basic ground work to continue to grow at a productive rate.

We're not there yet, but we want to start laying the groundwork for solid relationships.
