I’ve been driving past a property in a well groomed, relatively safe neighborhood and noticed this single family home has boarded up windows and overgrown grass.

I'm an 18 year old bather at a pet grooming shop in Lincoln, CA.

@John Casmon , the community, is one of the most pet friendlies that I have seen- in the lobby area, there is a pet grooming room with a shower for residents to use to care for their pets.

These guys want to know that they're grooming someone who will eventually bring them JVs, equity deals, and partnerships.

They could go back and forth.. live at your property and bath/groom at the hotel.

I have always had a summer of after-school job, mostly working for my grandfather, who owned a window and door making shop, and he was grooming me to take over, but he passed when I was still too young to really grab the reins.

It is extremely helpful if the prospective tenant approaches the application process like a job interview-- is punctual, well groomed, polite, respectful, and communicates in an honest and open manner.
