Abandoned property ?
I’ve been driving past a property in a well groomed, relatively safe neighborhood and noticed this single family home has boarded up windows and overgrown grass. It looks abandoned. When I looked up the owner on the Dept. of Assessment and Taxation website, the address of the “abandoned” home is listed.
Is there another way to try to contact the owner and determine if the property is indeed abandoned? There’s no for sale or auctions listed for this property either. The house was sold in 2012. Thanks.
