I sometimes feel like there are more real estate "get rich programs" than there are fad "weight loss" diets.

I've read some of MikeOH blogs and it said he's been on a low carb diet.

I do agree that there is not much of a difference between a regular IRA and a self-dieted IRA including the lender "allowance" of more and easier lenders available and the way to cheat the government and for personal benefit ways that you allready have in a typical IRA.  

Half of something is better than nothing, especially in highly competitive markets.We see a million newbies post walls of texts about their dreams and aspirations and disappear/quit because they lack grit and this is merely a fad for them.

Ibrahim SMy house was built in 1960, so it's not a historical thing like you've described - just the fad of those times.

Through personal experience I have discovered that the better my ferrets diet is (i.e. extremely high protein food such as wysong dry food, they can't digest anything other than meat) the less odorous they are. 

Try to keep your mind open to every thing so that you don't end up with a cup so full of knowledge that there is no room for more.Warning, if you are a newbie it may actually help to go on a info diet.

There's a reason diet pills don't work.
