Over the years, we have sold two properties in England. 

I am originally from Maine, so I'm quite familiar with new england in general.I have a few questions for anyone out there who has invested in Boston and/or sells real estate in the area.

Look for some recommendations of small  banks in the North Shore area, around Danvers MA. I am looking to refinance  my first multi family loan. Curious if any one has great experiences with small local banks.Thanks!
