I have always loved real-estate, I recently sold an ecommerce business that I founded after 10 years of ownership, and have been trying to plow money into distressed property here in FL.Michael, not as many as I would like, I have done 12 in the past 6 months, and only 13 in the past 2 years... but i was pretty busy selling off my business last year... now I am 100% full-time doing my real-estate...

That business has expanded into two and has included, design, manufacturing, brick and mortar retail, ecommerce retail, outdoor recreational facilty.

I have since started an e-commerce business, however it is not my most favorite thing to do on a daily basis.
