Hello everyone!!

This is a great resource. I've been involved in real estate as an investor for a little over 13 years. I've had an agent's license for 33 years but never was active in the retail market. I have been self employed for over 20 years and have substantial experience in how to run a business and invest in real estate. I am also involved in e-Commerce.
