What I was trying to say in my response is the units will be easily move in ready on delivery of the property. 

The property will need to have a slight rehab to get it up to STR standards, but when complete it should easily be a $200k Gross booking revenue property.

If they are professional, they can explain this quickly and easily.

You can't easily determine whom has paid and who hasn't.  

Plus, with how much appreciation is coming to Columbus Ohio, that house will easily 2x or 3x over the next few years from all the population/job/companies developing here.Plus, Anduril just announced another 4k jobs and over 1B+ in development in Columbus Ohio along with all the companies already developing here (Intel, Google, Amazon, FB, Nationwide Childrens, etc)

Here’s MY general feeling; if a MHP isn’t TOH, or I can’t easily switch from POH to TOH, then I might as well purchase an apartment complex and have less problems.

Security systems are easily outsmarted, that’s the point of the initial visit, to case the joint. 

Since i havent done any rehabs, its easily to get the estimations wrong.  

You can replace toilet lid put caps on toilet hang toilet paper holder and recall in less than hour easily especially if caulk comes off good.

I did do a search a few minutes ago and I admit I can't easily find anything that prohibits it now-a-days.
