I lived out of a duffel bag and rented whatever I could get my hands on because I could not commit to a lease because i could only find work at 1 construction project in any given state at any given time while my daughter stayed with family.I had to work, unemployment did not even cover 2 or 3 vials of insulin a month and I go thru about 10 per month, I was born a diabetic.

The primary Team members are Attornies/Lawyers, real estae Agents/Brokers, CPA's (or accounts you know and trust), Inspectors, Property Managers (that do not work directly fot you), General Contractors (you trust), and Handymen.I am sorry this is so long but I have much to say and I am opinionated.

Experience in real estae improvments does not seem to matter in SFH's and small apartment complexes.
