New member from Houston

Hello! I am new to the BP community, and have spent the last few weeks diving into this site & BP podcasts learning about real estate investing, and I feel like I have barely scratched the surface on investing. Currently I own a condo in NW Houston, and am interested in buy-and-hold properties, using the BRRRR strategy. I am working on analyzing properties for my first deal and hope to purchase my first investment property by the end of summer. Just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you already for the knowledge the BP site and members have provided. I look forward to learning more and obtaining my first investment property!
